Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Reservation fees are non-refundable unless the station fails to honor your reservation. Please arrive within your scheduled time window.
Payment for rideshare services is processed between users. Drivstoffapp charges a service fee for facilitating the transaction. Cancellation policies vary by driver.
